| Great news today. The Warner and Swasey Observatory has been purchased today for the initial bidding price of $115,000.00. What a steal for a piece of Cleveland's history. The new owner, Nayyir Al-Mahdi owns several other properties in the East Cleveland area and intends to convert the facility into a family residence. Expect more news in tomorrow's Plain Dealer as Mike O'Malley is putting together a story today. |

| We've recently been notified by Huntington National Bank that the Warner and Swasey Observatory is set for sale once again on 09/06/05 at 10:00 am. If any interested parties have questions regarding the foreclosure sale process, you may contact Huntington Bank's attorney, Fred Kemensky, at 216-685-4290. Terms of the sale are 10% down with the balance due in 30 days. Thanks also to Reporter Michael O'Malley for his story on the sale in this Wednesday's edition of the Plain Dealer. |

| We are certain there are many people wondering what has been going on in the weeks since the Easter Sunday P.D. article. There have been many interesting events which have taken place and are continuing to occur. Expect a detailed update on all of the events of the past month in an update coming very soon. We do not want to divulge too much information too soon, but the gears are moving and we are making progress towards our goal of saving the Observatory. |
