We are onto the fourth and final station in Papa’s Mocharia To Go! The Top Station is where you will add the final touches to the Papaccino and craft your customer’s cannoli.
When you first get to the Top Station, you will have a carousel of creams, shakers, and syrups to finish off the Papaccino. When you are ready, you can click on the cannoli button to bring up the cannoli bins.
Here you will first choose a cannoli shell by lining it up to the platform and clicking the blue drop button.
Then you will choose a cream to fill the shell with. Simply scroll through the dual vertical carousels and click the green star button.
Once you are done filling the cannoli shell, you will be able to add a shaker ingredient in a similar way.
Once you are done with the cannoli and drink, you’ll be ready to send the order to your patiently waiting customer. Perfect!

Behold, the Build Station for Papa’s Mocharia To Go! When you first get there, you will be presented with all the milk and espresso that you have prepared from the Brew Station.
You will need to drag an espresso and a milk into the two grey holders below the shelf. Once that has happened, you will be asked to choose a final cup size.
Following the ticket, you will start with the left ingredient from the brew station. For this order, it is two shots of warmed skim milk. You will carefully align and pour the milk into the cup by pressing down on the blue button. For milk and espresso, the button will have a meter that will slowly raise as you pour. You will want to release the pour button if the meter starts to approach the red zone, signifying that you are pouring too fast. You’ll want to let the meter fall back into the safe green zone before finishing your pour.
Regular ingredients (not milk or espresso) simply require a single tap of the pour button to add it into the Papaccino.
When you are finished layering the drink, just click on the green check button to send it off to the Top Station.

Last week we went over how to froth the milk in the Brew Station of Papa’s Mocharia To Go. This week we will tackle the mechanics of brewing espresso!
As you can see the milk is still slowly getting frothed and heated.
First you will click on the espresso button on one of the brewing machines. That will bring up all the available types of coffee. Here, we will be choosing City Roast.
From there, it will ask you how much coffee needs to be sent through the grinder. For this order, we will need enough for 2 shots of espresso, so we will press the #2 button.
After the coffee grounds are prepared, you will need to tamp them down by clicking the green button when the meter arrow is within the green zone.
After that, the espresso will slowly brew. Once the milk or espresso is finished simply drag that cup to the green check pad.
