This week’s exhibit is a custom kart created for Chester called… The Crash Panda. This well-worn pickup design has clearly taken a beating, earning its rough-and-ready reputation. Although Chester would prefer to call it The Renegade, locals around Toastwood have humorously dubbed it the Crash Panda, and in time, the name stuck. Racers, be warned: word on the street is that Chester thinks car insurance is nothing more than a big old scam.

This week’s exhibit is a custom kart created for Fernanda called… The Malachite. The kart is a commanding longbill design that takes its name from Fernanda’s preferred gemstone. With her involvement in every step of the design process, Fernanda aimed to give it a distinctive look inspired by one of her favorite architectural styles: Mayan Revival. But don’t let the facade fool you—its faux-finished fiberglass exterior ensures the kart remains both light and fast on the track.

Inspired by her latest film of the same name, this heartwarming skiff design made its debut at the annual Sugarplex FilmFest’s Parade of Stars. Recently, Kayla entrusted The Greasy Gear with an extensive tune-up and modifications to ensure the kart is primed and ready for the races.
